This Tuya WiFi Thermostat is designed for standard 2-pipe FCU systems with on/off valves. It is not suitable for modulating valve control or 0–10V EC fan output. It is also not intended for direct BMS integration through Modbus or BACnet. Projects requiring central protocol supervision should select a communication-ready model instead.

Despite these limits mentioned above, ODM functional adjustments can be discussed according to project demand. Control logic, firmware behaviour or sensor configuration may be evaluated subject to technical feasibility and quantity.
