Quick Summary
The HTW-FT03-4W Tuya WiFi Thermostat is designed for 4-pipe fan coil unit systems in heating and cooling applications. It controls a 3-speed AC fan and two on/off motorised valves for separate heating and cooling circuits. Powered by 95–240Vac, it manages temperature switching between heat and cool modes and supports Wi-Fi communication for remote monitoring and adjustment.
This page explains this Tuya WiFi Thermostat control logic, wiring reference, technical parameters for project confirmation, possible customisation, and common installation questions for deployment planning.

Key Functional Highlights
(This section explains the core control functions and their practical value.)
(01) Independent 4-Pipe Valve Control
This Tuya WiFi Thermostat separately controls heating and cooling motorised valves. It avoids water circuit conflict and ensures correct seasonal switching in 4-pipe FCU projects.
(02) 3-Speed Fan Relay Output
The thermostat manages low, medium, and high fan speeds via relay output. This allows stable airflow adjustment and simple maintenance without complex signal calibration.
(03) Wi-Fi Remote Access
Built-in Wi-Fi communication allows remote temperature adjustment and monitoring. This improves project flexibility and enables basic remote management without additional gateway devices.
(04) Wide Voltage Compatibility
Operating from 95–240Vac, the controller fits most commercial and residential electrical environments. This reduces project risk during international deployment and retrofit work.
Display
(This section shows the product’s dimensions and the interface layout.)
The front interface presents clear temperature readings and mode status. The housing is designed for EU or standard electric box installation. White and black finishes are available to match interior requirements.
The side and rear structure allow easy terminal access for wiring. The IP20 protection class makes it suitable for indoor dry environments.

Wiring
(This section provides the wiring reference diagram for correct installation.)
The Tuya WiFi Thermostat includes terminals for 3-speed fan control and two separate valve outputs for heating and cooling circuits. Correct wiring ensures proper mode switching and stable temperature regulation. Installation should follow the provided diagram and local electrical standards.

Guide
(This section explains what configuration the model code refers to.)
| Fan coil series | xx stands for |
|---|---|
| EC | EC fan |
| 2/4 | 2 for 2-pipe on/off; 4 for 4-pipe on/off system |
| M | Modulating valve control |
| W | Wi-Fi |
| N/B | N for Modbus; B for BACnet |
| K/E | K for Keycard; E for External sensor |
| Example HTW-WF11-FC-xx: if xx = 2EN, it stands for a 3-speed fan, 2-pipe system with on/off valve control, external sensor function, and Modbus communication. Most sub-models are ready-made. Kindly contact us to confirm availability. | |
If your project requires a 2-pipe solution instead of 4-pipe, you may refer to the related model via 2 Pipe FCU Thermostat.
Project Fit & Customisation
(This section explains where the product can be used, its limits, and OEM/ODM options.)
This Tuya WiFi Thermostat is suitable for indoor 4-pipe FCU systems using on/off valves. It is not designed for modulating valve control, EC fan signal output, or high-level BMS integration through Modbus or BACnet.
Despite these limits mentioned above, functional ODM discussion is possible. For example, communication protocol changes, additional sensor options, or control logic adjustments may be evaluated according to project volume and feasibility.
OEM services are supported, including logo printing, colour customisation, private label packaging, and manual branding. Artwork confirmation is required before production.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Is this thermostat suitable for 2-pipe systems?
No. This Tuya WiFi Thermostat model is designed for 4-pipe systems with separate heating and cooling valves. For 2-pipe applications, we have model HTW-FT03-4W.
Q2. Does it support BMS integration?
This version supports Wi-Fi only. It does not include Modbus or BACnet communication for central BMS systems.
Q3. Can it control EC fans?
No. It provides relay output for 3-speed AC fans. EC fan signal control requires a different configuration.
Q4. What is the minimum order quantity?
For this Tuya WiFi Thermostat, sample orders are supported. Standard MOQ is 300 units, but smaller trial quantities can be discussed.
Q5. How do I place an order?
Please contact us with your requirements. We will issue a proforma invoice. Payment supports TT, PayPal, Visa. Terms include EXW, FOB, DAP and more.
Q6. How is shipment arranged?
Courier door-to-door takes about 7 days. Air freight also around 7 days. Sea freight normally requires one month or more.
